The ARP-87 is a compact tap-tempo delay, with four distinct algorithms, digital, analog, lo-fi, and slap back. The X control is an algorithm dependant function that adjusts a specific parameter, in Analog, Digital, and Slap modes the X control functions as a modulation depth control, and in Lo-fi mode the knobs controls filter width. Can be used in latching or-non latching modes and and with trails on or off. Both footswitches have a secondary function and can be held down to provide instant oscillation, or ramping of the X control respectively.
