Doepfer A-126-2 Voltage Controlled Frequency Shifter II
The A-126-2 module is a 100% analog 8hp frequency shifter for audio signals. A frequency shifter shifts all frequencies of the audio signal at the input by the same frequency. For example, if the shift frequency is 200 Hz, 1000 Hz becomes 1200 Hz, 2000 Hz 2200 Hz, 3000 Hz 3200 Hz, etc. The result is completely different from pitch shifting, in which all frequencies are proportionally shifted. The frequency range of the internal quadrature VCO is approx. 8 octaves (approx. 20Hz ... 5kHz). An external quadrature VCO can be used if necessary.
