Synamodec Levitate Desktop Synthesizer
The Synamodec Levitate is a sturdy, desktop synth geared towards noise and experimental music, divided into three sections: Legus, Neura, and Nxpctd.
Legus comprises two consecutive delays with controls for time, level, feedback, and dry/wet mix. Its layout enables the generation of random sounds even without an input signal, although there is an external input to connect to other sound/noise sources. By using a switch, we can choose whether the output of the first delay modulates the time of both delays. In the center position, self-modulation is not activated.
Neura is a combined sound and noise generator featuring controls for frequency, texture, and waveform deformation. It provides two distinct and independent outputs.
The third block is Nxpctd, an output processor and the third delay in the unit. Both Legus and Neura pass through Nxpctd before being sent out. Nxpctd includes controls for dry/wet mix, time, and feedback.
Additionally, there is an onboard mixer that allows blending the signals from Legus and the two outputs from Neura before they are routed to the output processor.
