Ceremony is a dual 12 dB resonant analogue filter and resonator inspired by Rob Hordijk’s Blippoo Box, designed to move fluidly between classic filtering and expressive sound generation. Its variable topology allows the response to morph from a low-pass filter into a twin-peak band-pass, with the two peaks tuned independently or modulated together via CV while preserving their interval relationship. The filters can interact through voltage-controlled frequency modulation, while individual feedback paths introduce additional harmonics and instability when pushed.

At higher resonance settings, Ceremony excels as a resonator voice, producing percussive, plucked, and bell-like tones when pinged. Two audio inputs feed a voltage-controlled crossfader, and a built-in VCA on the main output makes dynamic shaping and articulation straightforward. Equally at home as a sculpting filter or a characterful sound source, Ceremony is packed with sweet spots and invites hands-on exploration.
