Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
